‘Jehovah’ is an Old Testament Hebrew name for God. Jehovah’s Witnesses call themselves Christians, but they deny that Jesus Christ is God. In the gospel of Matthew 15: 13-14 NIV, Jesus tells His disciples, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” Every member of Jehovah’s Witness is a deceiver that has been deceived, they are blinded by lies from the devil and in turn zealously go door to door finding someone who they can influence. Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8 ESV).

JWThey are the blind who clearly cannot see where they are going, yet they pursue to lead others in a direction which leads to hell. They conveniently don’t believe there is hell and eternal punishment, instead they believe that the unrighteous will be annihilated and cease to exist. Jehovah Witnesses are led by the spirit of the antichrist, their doctrine is satanic, filled with deception and false prophesies.

Satan’s main goal is to be like God and hinder the work of God. He is the antichrist. The teaching of Jehovah’s Witnesses denies the deity of Jesus Christ and instead believe that he is a created archangel Gabriel or Michael. Since satan was an archangel himself before he was cast out of heaven, they reduce Jesus to the same status of an archangel. Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist–denying the Father and the Son (1 John 2: 22 NIV).

Every member of Jehovah’s Witness has the spirit of the antichrist. This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here (1 John 4:2-3 NLT).

Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe in the resurrection of the dead, they do not believe that Jesus rose from the dead in bodily form and all their predicted prophesies of Jesus coming back has been already proved to be false. They are false prophets who say that Jesus returned invisibly. I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist (2 John 1:7 NIV).

Jehovah’s Witnesses is an antichrist satanic organisation designed to deceive people into following satan, whose ultimate goal is to be Jehovah. He wants people to reject Jesus Christ and follow him instead. Most of the members of Jehovah’s Witnesses were former Christians (believers of Jesus Christ). It’s easy to deceive naïve Christians to believe in Jehovah, the God of the Bible and then deceive them to believe that Jesus is not God, deny the trinity, and believe that the Holy Spirit is only a force.

Satan’s goal is accomplished when he deceives people into believing a lie that leads them to hell. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that salvation has to be earned or merited for a selected few Jehovah’s Witnesses and it is not God’s free gift. He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Saviour (Titus 3: 5-6 NIV).

Jehovah’s Witnesses follow satanic doctrines, they have produced their own manipulated version of the bible called the new world translation, which they use to brainwash and control their members with deception. Be on guard and do not be deceived into listening to such doctrines or reading their publications. But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough (2 Corinthians 11:3-4 NIV).

Your main goal should be to follow Jesus Christ and not be deceived by the enemy, therefore consistently be on guard. Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully. Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them. Anyone who welcomes them shares in their wicked work (2 John 1: 8-11 NIV).

This does not mean you have to show hostility towards Jehovah’s Witnesses who come to your door. Be gentle and kindly tell them that you are not interested. Do not get into an argument with them as they are people who have the spirit of the antichrist. Jesus never argued with demons, neither should we get into an argument with them, as it will be usually fruitless and a waste of your time.

If you are a mature believer who would like to minister to the Jehovah’s Witnesses, do it under the direction of the Holy Spirit, in prayer and with discernment. Remember that this is a spiritual battle, you fight this battle with spiritual armour and weapons not by human intelligence. You need to be a person who knows spiritual warfare and exercise your authority as a believer in Jesus Christ. But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15 NIV).

If you have a family member or loved one that is a Jehovah’s Witness realise that there is hope, you can pray for this person and share Jesus Christ with them. Your faith in Jesus Christ can lead your loved one to salvation, as some former Jehovah’s Witnesses have repented and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. However, realise that every person has a right to choose, if your loved one chooses to reject Jesus Christ, accept their decision and move on.

For a Christian every relationship begins with Jesus. “For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.” (Matthew 12: 50 NIV). God will give you the grace to let go. A man’s enemies will be the members of his own household (Matthew 10: 36 NIV). Our enemies are not people, but the spirit of the antichrist. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6: 12 NIV).
